Royal Enfield is aggressively testing the new Shotgun 650 with and without accessories on the Indian roads. It is expected to make global debut at EICMA 2022 in November. The motorcycle shares design cues from the GG650 cruiser concept, which was unveiled at the 2021 EICMA. It is designed and developed on RE’s 650cc platform that underpins the Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650.

Similar to the new Hunter, the new RE Shotgun 650 will be offered in multiple variants. Moreover, RE will also offer several accessories with the new bike. It is expected to be powered by the same 648cc, parallel-twin, air-and-oil cooled engine that produces 47bhp and 52Nm of torque. The motorcycle will have USD front forks and dual disc brakes with dual channel ABS system.
