Korean automaker, Hyundai is preparing the updated version of the Venue sub-4 meter SUV that has been spotted multiple times. The 2022 Hyundai Venue will also make its way to our market before the end of next financial year. A latest set of spy images reveal the front grille and rear profile of the new Venue.

It is clear that 2022 Hyundai Venue facelift will receive the brand’s new design language, which we have already seen on the Creta facelift and the new Tucson. The spy images show that the SUV gets Tucson-like front grille. It gets a new parametric grille and rectangular shaped headlamp unit placed lower on the front bumper. The LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lamps) are expected to look like new Creta. The LED DRls will look like a part of grille.

The projector headlamp design, air-dam and round fog lamp housing and faux skid plate are likely to remain the same; however, Hyundai could make slight change to the bumper design to keep things fresh. The overall shape of the Venue facelift will remain identical to the existing model. It is likely to retain the powered ORVMs with integrated blinkers, and blacked-out pillars.

The 2022 Hyundai Venue is likely to get a new set of alloy wheels. The spy images also show that the updated model gets significant changes. It gets a new tail-gate and a completely re-designed LED tail-lights. There could be a thin chrome bar that connects the new tail-lamps. Also visible is a sportier double-barrel exhaust.

It is expected that the spotted model could be the sportier N-Line variant, which will join the i20 N Line. The spotted model also gets newly styled bumper.

Interior details are yet to be revealed; however, it is likely to receive minor changes in the form of new colour scheme and upholstery. Hyundai could also add new features that are missing in the current model. The sub-4 meter SUV is also likely to get an updated infotainment system and new BlueLink connected car tech.
